My name is Brooklyn Ryan and Gym Integrity has made a very large impact in my life and contributed to much of who I am as an athlete and person today. I was referred to Gym Integrity by Dr. Bond after an ACL reconstruction in 2022. Gym Integrity not only focused on my rehab but also focused on my physical and mental strength. Throughout a long process I was able to get back to the sport I love and play at the next level. I'm just post cancer treatment and Tenia has been so compassionate, listened to my challenges and my goals and worked hard to develop a safe but effective program for me.  Tenia is intelligent and has invested a lot in her education and continues to learn so you can be confident in any program she develops for you. She takes time to foster trust and ensures I understand everything about the workouts she develops for me. She's professional and dependable, she's also kind and a lot of fun! He focuses on every detail so that each athlete gets the most out of every workout! YOYO will get you to your full potential IF you give him max effort every single rep! He genuinely cares for every athlete he trains and only wants the best for them! He will push you and it will be hard but it has always been worth it! I’ve experienced workouts with YOYO for three years and it has been incredible! I have learned so much from him and I understand how to get the results I want with proper techniques! I would recommend YO over any strength and conditioning coach out there! Another thing I love is the fact that every workout was specifically designed for my sport and it wasn’t just a generic online workout! YOYO is very knowledgeable about what your body needs and how to get you to your goals! YOYO is not some magical solution to your physical aspirations but if you commit the time and effort he can lead you and guide you so you can turn your dreams into a reality!
